Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on the Genie Pads website, operated by Vatsalya Wellness Private Limited, are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders are shipped on working days, excluding national holidays

  • Order processing timelines may vary during high-demand periods or special campaigns

2. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver only within India

  • Delivery is subject to courier partner serviceability of the provided pin code

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the delivery location is not serviceable.

3. Delivery Timeline

Retail orders

  • Standard delivery timeline is 10 to 12 working days from the date of shipment

B2B orders

  • B2B delivery timelines may vary due to:

    • Customization requirements

    • Production timelines

    • Volume of the order

  • In such cases, timelines are communicated separately

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499

  • A ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹499

  • Free shipping offers may be introduced during festivals or promotional campaigns

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • ₹50 COD charge is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders

  • COD charges apply irrespective of order value

  • COD charges are additional and not included in shipping fees

Shipping and COD charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped

  • Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link

6. Delays in Delivery

While most retail orders are delivered within the committed timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Operational disruptions

Genie Pads is not responsible for delays caused by such external factors. However, customers may contact support for assistance. In rare cases where delivery exceeds the committed timeline:

  • Support will coordinate with the courier partner

  • Coupons for future purchases may be issued, depending on the order value

  • Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Weekend and Holiday Deliveries

  • Deliveries may occur on weekends and public holidays

  • This depends on courier partner operations and local serviceability

8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to origin due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • A refund may be issued after deduction of shipping and handling charges

  • Such cases are handled individually

Customers are advised to provide accurate address and contact information while placing orders.

9. Responsibility at Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner:

  • Responsibility for the product passes to the customer

  • Any issues must be reported within the applicable return window
