Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are accepted for products purchased from the Genie Pads website operated by Vatsalya Wellness Private Limited.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Before shipment

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order is cancelled successfully, any amount paid will be refunded as per the refund timeline mentioned below.

After shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Returns for Hygiene Products

Genie Pads sells hygiene products, and therefore strict return conditions apply.

Non-returnable cases

  • Opened or unsealed packages

  • Used sanitary pads

  • Products with missing pads or reduced quantity

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

In such cases:

  • Returns will not be accepted

  • No refund will be issued

3. Eligible Return and Replacement Cases

Returns or replacements are accepted only for sealed and unopened products in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Expired or defective product

All Genie Pads products have a shelf life of 36 months.

4. Replacement and Refund Preference

  • Replacement is the first resolution, wherever possible

  • Replacement may be offered for:

    • Wrong product selected by mistake

    • Incorrect size selected

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

The decision to offer a refund or replacement is at the sole discretion of Genie Pads after verification.

5. Return Request Timeline

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Day 1 is considered the date of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted

6. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

Customers can raise a request through any of the following channels:

  • Email support

  • Contact form on the website

  • WhatsApp support

Supporting images or videos may be requested to verify the issue.

7. Return Shipping Charges

Valid return cases

In approved and valid return cases:

  • Return shipping cost will be supported by Genie Pads

Invalid or partial return cases

If any of the following are found:

  • Seal is open

  • Pads are used

  • Product quantity is less

Then:

  • ₹100 shipping charge will be borne by the customer

  • The customer may need to pay the amount first

  • If approved, the amount may be reimbursed or issued as a ₹100 coupon for the next purchase

All such cases are handled individually.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 working days

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

9. Right to Reject Requests

Genie Pads reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request if:

  • The claim is false or misleading

  • The product has been misused

  • Policy conditions are not met

The decision of Genie Pads in such cases shall be final.
